Very great experience! All the guys there are super friendly and great at what they do! I was having problems with my laptop battery so they ordered me a new one and I didn't have to pay until after the install and they made sure my battery actually worked. I was curious as to how the battery replacement worked so they did the FREE install right in front of me and entertained all of my questions. When we got the laptop up and running again, one of the staff members helped me to fix another problem I was having on the laptop itself that was completely irrelevant to the battery. These guys go above and beyond and make quick work of whatever problem you're having and do it with a smile. Highly recommend!

Only place for car batteries. These guys know your cars needs. Any battery you need be it for a tool, electric scooter, lawn and garden, home... etc.. call or go here first.

With all the things we own that are portable and electronic, the variety of battery needs grows daily. AA, AAA, C, D and 9volt are easy to find, but what about all those weird ones. Sometimes you need a battery expert with a great inventory to meet your needs. That's battery world! Battery Bob and the gang have always been able supply just the battery I need, and the prices are great! They are now my first stop, not my last resort!

Needed a new car battery so I called and was told to come on in and no charge to install battery despite another place telling me that installing is difficult on my car. I went in and Conner put a new battery in my car with ease. The battery was a lot cheaper than other places. He was quick, professional, polite and respectful. I contacted other places to see if I could recycle my old laptops, desktop and printer and I had no response. Contacted Battery World and received a response same day. The employees were very friendly and took everything and even said they would rip the hard drives out for me. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you for helping me!

Great service, good price.

Despite being extremely busy, and during lunch hour, I was able to have my battery tested and replaced quickly. Not to mention they did it with kindness and enthusiasm and gave me a competitive price. Guys with big hearts and an incredible work ethic and pride in their work. Everyone in town loves going to Battery World. Thank you for the great service guys.

These guys are an excellent, locally owned business. Rebuild batteries, new stuff, scratch and dent, any battery you could think of they have it or can get it/repair it. Super service and people, low prices. Keep them in mind, well worth it. Molloy Road in the old Hostess Snacks building.

Bob and Chris G.are the best-whether if you are looking for a top of the line deep cyccle battery or an Interstate blem-they offer the best service and prices available in the CNY area- and don't forget your laptop batteres--They even have a store in Vestal for all you southern tier folks. Simply the best.

Great to deal with. Could've taken me for $90 to buy a new battery but instead hooked my battery up to their charger overnight. Not to many companies would do that. I'll be back for any of my battery needs.

Battery World in Syracuse on East Molloy Rd was fantastic. I was having a problem and went there to purchase a new battery. After they quoted me a price, I was planning on buying a new battery. They had to jump start the car and I took it inside for them to replace the battery. They removed the battery and tested it and told me the battery tested good. While they were reinstalling the battery they discovered that the grounding stud for the negative terminal had stripped threads and that is probably the reason for my starting problems. They replaced the stud and sent me on my way at no charge. They were fantastic.

Good to come across good old fashion honest & hard working people. Bob G. at Battery World, honored my warranty with no hassle & his employee installed a new battery with a new warranty in no time flat!!!
